RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Island Cocoa (Private) Limited

1. Overview

Island Cocoa is committed to delivering premium-quality cocoa products. Due to the nature of food and consumable goods, returns are subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only where:

                i.     The product was damaged during delivery;

              ii.     The incorrect product was delivered; or

            iii.     The product is defective upon receipt.

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

                i.     Opened or partially consumed products;

              ii.     Improperly stored items after delivery;

            iii.     Change-of-mind purchases.

3. Notification Period

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The request must include:

                i.     Order number;

              ii.     Description of the issue;

            iii.     Clear photographic evidence.

Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.

4. Refund Process

If approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method;
  2. Processing may take 7–14 business days;
  3. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to us.

5. Replacements

Where stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Island Cocoa uses third-party courier services. While we ensure proper packaging, we are not liable for:

  1. Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control;
  2. Incorrect delivery information provided by customers.

Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address provided by the customer.
